BENZ maintains ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems. Where relevant to a supplied product or packing job, documentation may also include grade-specific test records, material declarations, safety data and ISPM-15 evidence for regulated solid wood packaging material.
Scope matters: an organisational certificate does not replace product documentation, and a product standard does not certify an entire packaging method. Current documents should be confirmed for each qualification or export programme.
