A box liner or crate liner is a flexible polyethylene film liner made to the inside dimensions of a rigid container. The same product is often specified as a carton liner, bin liner, pallet box liner or export crate liner. The liner keeps product away from wood, cardboard dust and warehouse dirt. It is an inner layer, not a shipping container bulk system and not a slip-on pallet hood.
Dry bulk in a 20ft or 40ft container is a different product: container liners. Outer form-fit bags for items live on custom 3D bags.
Take inside length, width and usable height. Decide whether the liner should sit fully inside or fold over the rim for sealing and cleanliness. Gusseted constructions help square corners. If the crate has battens or irregular walls, note them; a flat sheet number is not enough. Photos of the empty container help more than a brand name alone.
Most liner jobs start with polyethylene (PE). Anti-static and print options apply when the build allows. Food-contact claims only with documentation for that construction. Box and crate liners fit secondary packaging interiors. A container liner lines a shipping container for dry bulk cargo. Different size family and different job.
