Responsibilities :

  • Manage Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and print server services. Administer Microsoft File Server and DFS Services. Install, monitor, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows OS.
  • Oversee Google Mail Administration, including access and security controls.
  • Administer Firewall, including switching and routing configurations.
  • ERP software trouble shooting, ERP (Item code, vendor code, HSN mapping, change in invoice, PO, sales order, customer code, ERP installation, troubleshooting about ERP users
  • GSuite Admin Center.
  • Maintaining hardware and software asset inventory.
  • MS Outlook Installation, Configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintaining hardware and software asset inventory.
  • File Server management (Folder Creation and provide access rights to Domain Users.
  • Coordinating with vendors for server support and other IT equipment.
  • Manage Website, CCTV
  • Manage antivirus solutions and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) services.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure administration and management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Gsuite, Windows OS and Mac OS.
  • Proficiency in network administration, including firewall management and VPN configurations.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, Cisco Certified, CCNA) are a plus.
