Responsibilities :

Reports to: GM

Responsibilities :

  • Receive and process customer's orders promptly.
  • Ensure accuracy in order entry and track orders through to delivery.
  • Check & update the current status of orders to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare & maintain sales reports & forecasts.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist sales team with quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for Production & Dispatch for timely completion of orders.
  • Manage & Maintain regular and monthly sales targets.
  • Helps to develop new business from existing customers.
  • Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Certifications in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Sales, or Project Management can be advantageous.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in both sales and production environments is highly beneficial.
  • Prior experience in customer service roles can be valuable, given the need to interact with customers and handle inquiries.
  • Experience managing projects, especially those related to production schedules and sales operations, can be very useful.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems or CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, customers, and suppliers.

  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.
