Support and blocking are designed for the confirmed vehicle, route and handling sequence. Ground faces and pins receive a compatible preservation method based on condition, storage and destination requirements. Solvent, process residue and cleaning status remain owner-controlled inputs; barrier film, VCI and desiccant are included only when the verified exposure and product compatibility support them.
If equipment must be reinstalled in sequence, match-marking, an asset and package register, condition photographs and agreed opening instructions can form part of the scope. BENZ executes the approved heavy machinery packaging work at the confirmed plant.
For a quotation, send the site, equipment list, dimensions and masses, drawings where available, photographs of bases and locating faces, approved lift data, destination, vehicle or container plan, storage and movement window. For regulated solid-wood packaging used internationally, treatment and marking follow applicable destination ISPM-15 requirements; processed wood may be exempt subject to destination rules and customer specification.
