Verify readiness before enclosure

The survey records dimensions, mass, centre of gravity, base and frame geometry, approved lifting and restraint points, moving elements, fluid status, exposed precision surfaces and electrical interfaces. Draining, cleaning, isolation and transport-safe release remain subject to the owner's EHS and equipment procedures.

Long frames and presses are divided and supported only from verified structural information. Axes, rams and other moving parts are secured in manufacturer- or owner-approved positions. Removed connections and assemblies can be match-marked where receiving sequence matters.

Use the actual road, storage and receiving plan

Plant exits, aisles, docks, selected vehicles, intermediate handling and storage determine package dimensions and access. Supports and restraints use verified carrier inputs. Preservation is chosen for material compatibility and confirmed exposure; VCI, barrier film and desiccant are not automatic.

For international shipments using regulated solid-wood packaging, treatment and marking are specified to the destination's applicable ISPM-15 requirements. Processed-wood materials may be exempt, subject to destination rules and customer specification.

Defined on-site execution

BENZ executes the agreed survey, preservation, support, crate or skid, marking, closure records and load-out support at the confirmed worksite. Lifting, heavy haul, permits, disconnection and installation remain with the parties assigned in the scope.
