Heavy Machinery Packaging in Nashik

Precision machines, electrical equipment, tools, fixtures and automotive production assets require distinct transport positions and protection. BENZ can mobilise a project team to the confirmed Nashik site to survey and execute the agreed pack.

01

Record precision and electrical requirements separately

The survey records dimensions, mass, centre of gravity, base geometry, approved lifting and restraint points, ways, shafts, tools, fixtures, windings, cabinets and permitted transport positions. Cleanliness or ESD requirements must come from the owner or equipment specification.

Temporary locks and supports follow manufacturer or owner instructions. Draining, cleaning, isolation and transport-safe release remain owner-controlled. Removed assemblies can be match-marked and registered for the receiving sequence.

02

Plan the inland leg and any export handover

The selected vehicle, container format, intermediate handling, storage and receiving limits determine package divisions and lifting access. Structural support uses verified cargo and carrier inputs. A port or terminal is included only when named in the confirmed route.

VCI, barrier film and desiccant are selected for actual condition, exposure, duration and material compatibility. For international shipments using regulated solid-wood packaging, treatment and marking follow the destination's applicable ISPM-15 requirements. Processed wood may be exempt, subject to destination rules and customer specification.

03

Nashik worksite responsibilities

At the surveyed site, BENZ provides the approved surface protection, supports, case or skid, identification, closure evidence and specified load-out assistance. Disconnection, lifting, oversize transport, permissions and installation stay with the contractors allocated in the Nashik project scope.

04

Request a Nashik machinery-packaging review

Provide transport positions, fixture details, route and shutdown timing so restraint and load-out interfaces can be agreed.
