Heavy Machinery Packaging in Panipat

Process skids, pumps, textile machines, long frames and electrical auxiliaries require different fluid, cleanliness and support controls. BENZ can mobilise a project team to the confirmed Panipat site to survey and execute the agreed pack.

01

Confirm condition before preservation

The survey records process or test fluids, fibre, oil and other contamination, exposed interfaces, dimensions, mass, centre of gravity, base geometry and approved lift and restraint points. Panipat equipment is accepted for packing only after the owner confirms draining, cleaning, isolation and transport status under its EHS procedure.

Product-contact or precision surfaces, long textile frames, pumps, motors and panels are assessed separately. Cleaning limits and preservation products must be compatible with the equipment. Moving elements are secured only in manufacturer- or owner-approved positions.

02

Design for the verified movement

Plant exits, the selected vehicle or container, intermediate handling, storage and receiving constraints determine package dimensions and lifting access. Long frames and skids are supported from verified structural and carrier data rather than assumed rigidity.

VCI, barrier film and desiccant are selected only from actual condition, exposure, duration and compatibility. For international shipments using regulated solid-wood packaging, treatment and marking follow the destination's applicable ISPM-15 requirements. Processed wood may be exempt, subject to destination rules and customer specification.

03

From Panipat survey to release

BENZ delivers the agreed protection, supports, enclosure or skid, marks, closure photographs and loading assistance at the surveyed facility. The project matrix assigns equipment disconnection, lifting, road permits, heavy haul and installation to the responsible parties.
