Define condition and transport units

The survey records scale, dust, oil or process contamination, fluid status, exposed shafts and seats, dimensions, mass, centre of gravity, base geometry and approved lift and restraint points. Cleaning, isolation and transport-safe release remain subject to the owner's EHS and equipment procedures.

Long fabricated units, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes and panels are assessed separately. Supports use verified structural locations and carrier inputs; moving elements are secured only in approved transport positions.

Confirm storage and handling

The selected road or rail movement, intermediate handling, indoor or outdoor staging and receiving constraints determine package divisions, lifting access and enclosure. Additional lifts or long-term storage are included only when documented in the plan.

VCI, barrier film and desiccant are selected from verified surface condition, exposure, duration and material compatibility. For international shipments using regulated solid-wood packaging, treatment and marking follow the destination's applicable ISPM-15 requirements. Processed wood may be exempt, subject to destination rules and customer specification.

Raipur release and responsibility

BENZ turns the surveyed method into the specified surface protection, supports, skid or case, identification and closure record, with loading assistance where agreed. The scope names who dismantles, lifts, obtains permits, provides heavy transport and installs each unit.
