Separate precision and foundry condition

The survey records ways, spindles, shafts, pump openings, test-fluid status, abrasive or casting residue, dimensions, mass, centre of gravity, base geometry and approved lift and restraint points. Before enclosure, the Rajkot owner confirms cleaning, drainage, isolation and transport release under its plant procedure.

Axes and other moving elements are secured only in manufacturer- or owner-approved positions. Precision faces and internal pump spaces receive compatible preservation, while foundry equipment is assessed for remaining abrasive contamination before enclosure.

Use the confirmed inland and export route

Plant exits, selected vehicles, container limits, intermediate handling, storage and receiving constraints determine package divisions and lifting access. A port or terminal is included only when named in the booked route.

The verified surface state and exposure period decide whether compatible VCI, barrier film or desiccant enters the Rajkot pack. For international shipments using regulated solid-wood packaging, treatment and marking follow the destination's applicable ISPM-15 requirements. Processed wood may be exempt, subject to destination rules and customer specification.

At the surveyed factory, BENZ supplies the approved preservation, transport base, case or skid, package marks, closure evidence and specified load-out assistance. The project order identifies the providers for disconnection, lifting, special transport, permits and installation.
