Heavy Machinery Packaging in Vadodara

Process skids, vessels, rotating equipment, transformers and electrical assemblies require different fluid, orientation and preservation controls. BENZ can mobilise a project team to the confirmed Vadodara site to survey and execute the agreed pack.

Heavy machinery packaging
01

Confirm equipment release and orientation

The survey records process or test fluids, cleaning and isolation status, open nozzles, windings and electrical interfaces, dimensions, mass, centre of gravity, support locations and approved lift and restraint points. Transport orientation follows manufacturer, owner and carrier requirements.

Draining, decontamination, blanking and transport-safe release remain subject to the owner's EHS and equipment procedures. Vessels, skids, rotating equipment and electrical units are assigned separate support and preservation methods.

02

Use verified transport and storage inputs

The selected vehicle, container or breakbulk format, intermediate handling, storage and receiving constraints determine package divisions and lifting access. A port or marine leg is included only when named in the confirmed route.

For a Vadodara load, confirmed surface condition, storage and compatibility determine the use of VCI, barrier film or desiccant. For international shipments using regulated solid-wood packaging, treatment and marking follow the destination's applicable ISPM-15 requirements. Processed wood may be exempt, subject to destination rules and customer specification.

03

Vadodara scope boundaries

BENZ converts the survey into the approved preservation, saddles or supports, skid or case, package marks and closure record, plus the load-out tasks named in the order. Separate scope lines assign disconnection, crane work, transport permits, heavy haul and installation.

04

Request a Vadodara machinery-packaging review

Share fluid status, nozzle and flange details, yard exposure and route so preparation and preservation responsibilities can be fixed.
