How do you export machinery from Delhi NCR?
Most consignments move by road to ICD Tughlakabad or ICD Dadri, then by rail or multi-modal link toward west-coast ports such as Mundra or JNPT, or other gateways as booked. We engineer packing for that inland haul and the ocean leg, with crates built for forklift and crane handling at ICD and port.
How do you protect machinery against NCR dust and winter fog?
With clean dry preparation, VCI vapour-phase corrosion inhibitors on metal surfaces, sealed packs that limit dust ingress, and for long routes or fog-season dwell a barrier bag with desiccant that holds internal humidity below the level at which condensation corrosion starts, from the NCR shop floor to the destination.
Are your export crates from NCR ISPM-15 compliant?
Yes. All solid-wood crating and skidding is heat-treated and carries the ISPM-15 stamp recognised by customs worldwide, with the treatment certificate supplied in the shipping documents so your consignment clears without quarantine or fumigation at the port.
What is the heaviest machine you can pack in NCR?
There is effectively no upper limit for our on-site teams. We pack from precision machines of a few hundred kilograms to presses, line equipment and units well above 100 tonnes, engineering the skid, crate and lifting points to the machine's weight and centre of gravity.
