Packing scope in Bangalore
Axes, tables and spindles are placed and restrained only in positions permitted by the manufacturer or equipment owner. The survey records approved lift and restraint points, dimensions, mass, centre of gravity, base geometry and sensitive surfaces. Ways, ballscrews and tool interfaces receive a compatible preservation method selected for the verified exposure and equipment specification.
Electrical and test assemblies are protected from shop and packing debris to the owner-defined cleanliness or ESD requirement. A CNC machine, grinder, EDM cell and test rack are assessed separately before their packages are integrated into one movement plan.
Air, road, container and other export movements can require different package dimensions, handling access and restraint. The design follows confirmed carrier limits, route, storage and handovers. Barrier film, desiccant or VCI is included only where compatible and supported by those inputs.
If a line is coming out of one park and going into another, machines are tagged so they rebuild in order. That work is scoped as factory relocation when sequence matters. Load-out includes crate markings and a release record.
For international shipments using regulated solid-wood packaging, treatment and marking are specified to the destination's applicable ISPM-15 requirements. Processed-wood materials may be exempt, subject to destination rules and customer specification.
Agreed records can include a machine register, packing specification, condition and closure photographs, package markings and release record. For a quotation, send the site, machine list, dimensions and masses, approved transport-position data, photographs of ways, cabinets and bases, destination, transport mode, storage and movement window.
