Cases Engineered to the Cargo, Not Cut to a Catalogue Size.
An export box is only as good as its fit to the cargo. A machine boxed in a standard size rattles, shifts and fails its lashings; a machine in a case built to its real dimensions, weight and centre of gravity travels as one rigid unit. BENZ manufactures every export box, crate and skid to the specific consignment — closed boxes for sensitive machines, braced open crates for robust fabrications, and load-rated skids for the heaviest plant — on ISPM-15 heat-treated timber that clears customs anywhere.
Because we also manufacture the desiccant and VCI that go inside, the box is not just a container but a protection system: the timber sized to the lift and the voyage, the interior fitted with the moisture and corrosion control the machine needs. That is the difference between a wooden box maker and an export-packaging manufacturer — the case and what keeps the cargo dry come from one engineered specification.
