Why Ludhiana metal needs paper contact, not only bags

Ludhiana packs fail when stacked stampings frett, fasteners sit open in humid cartons, or bright faces scuff under ordinary kraft. VCI paper places inhibitor-treated fibre against the metal: one sheet between every layer for nests, wrap for bolts and tools, carton liner for mixed kits. It separates faces and feeds vapour into the closed pack. For Focal Point and Dhandari Kalan plants under Punjab monsoon humidity, paper is the contact and interleave layer. Interleave discipline

How to interleave Ludhiana stampings so mid-stack stays clean

Interleaving is the highest-value paper job on nested cycle brackets, auto stampings and plate blanks. Outer wrap alone does not protect faces that rest on each other.

  1. Confirm metal is clean and dry (no free coolant, no wet wash residue, clean gloves).

When paper alone is not enough for Ludhiana export
