Static, dynamic and racking capacity are not the stamp
Buyers often order "ISPM pallets" and assume a universal tonne rating. Capacity depends on species, member size, fastener pattern, deck board spacing, support condition and load distribution. Static capacity on a flat floor is not dynamic capacity in truck vibration or racking capacity with only beam contact under stringers.
Write the intended support condition on the RFQ: floor only, two-way fork, four-way fork, single-deep rack, double-deep rack, or captive inside a crate. For machinery accessory packs, state concentrated load footprints such as gearbox pads or fixture feet. A marked pallet that collapses under a concentrated load is a structural failure, not a phytosanitary failure.
